Summary

• The Business Development Manager will originate business, manage relationships, and support institutional development, focusing on lending opportunities, funding mobilization, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate lending opportunities and manage relationships
• Mobilize funding and support strategic partnerships
• Execute growth initiatives and provide market insights
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, lending, or related roles
• Strong business origination and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of lending products, credit processes, and funding structures
• Commercial judgment and risk management.

Compensation
Net salary of N300,000, with equity/stock options.
