Job Summary


  • We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling business solutions.
  • This position requires the ability to feel comfortable communicating in a professional and effective manner with C-level executives, presidents, owners, and directors.

What do you do to be successful?

  • Identifying Opportunities: Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify potential business opportunities that align with our company's goals and offerings.
  • Building Contacts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry professionals in target markets. Leverage your network to generate leads and referrals.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to prospects, conducting meetings, and delivering compelling presentations that highlight the value of our products/services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in collaboration with the sales and executive teams. Ensure that contracts and agreements meet both parties' expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends in garment manufacturing, competitors, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed.

  • As a skilled Business Development Executive, you significantly making sales and marketing; also strategic thinking, relationship building, market analysis, and risk management.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in building contacts and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive Network: Well-established contacts within the industry and a strong professional network. Ability to leverage these contacts to generate leads and build relationships
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify client needs, present solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to identify market gaps and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Results-Driven: Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and customer requirements
  • Strong ability to assess and understand the financial impact of business and opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
