Campaign and Marketing Manager Job at the Way It Fits Clothing

The Way It Fits (tWIF) is a fashion brand that has always prided itself on producing bespoke and ready-to-wear premium clothing that are both sustainable and affordable.We manufacture a wide range of clothing items, including shirts, suits, native attires, pants, as well as branded clothing for companies and other businesses. Additionally, we offer after-sales services such as alterations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Campaign and Marketing Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for:

• Store launches (e.g., new locations, exclusive openings, client experiences
• Seasonal sales (Black Friday, festive, anniversary, etc.)
• New product and collection releases
• Create data-driven marketing strategies that increase store traffic and online conversions.
• Social Media Management, and Ads promotion.
• Plan content calendars and campaign timelines
• Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and PR placements to strengthen brand presence.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Work with the Creative Director to ensure campaigns align with tWIF’s aesthetic and voice.
• Supervise marketing materials, photoshoots, lookbooks, newsletters, ads, and social media visuals.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communication channels (digital, in-store, and experiential).

Requirements

• A creative mindset with a strong grasp of current trends in fashion and content.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience managing campaigns for fashion or lifestyle brands.
• An eye for aesthetics and detail (TWIF-level precision).
• Resourceful, results-oriented, and innovative thinker.
• Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage
