Job Position: Chief Financial Officer

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
• The CFO will oversee the financial management and strategy of the organization, ensuring financial stability and supporting business growth.
• Key responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, regulatory reporting, developing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and leading the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Proven capabilities in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Leadership, team management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA or ICAN) are preferred
• Experience in microfinance, banking, or a related financial sector is advantageous.
