Job Summary

• In this role, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prioritize safety protocols and maintain rigorous quality control.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive site reports, schedules, and other relevant documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges and conflicts.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the construction team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in site engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Salary
N180,000 (negotiable based on work experience).
