Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Position: Civil Engineer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, building, and maintaining essential public and private infrastructure like roads, bridges, dams, and water systems, ensuring projects are safe, sustainable, and meet budget/regulatory standards by analyzing data, creating blueprints with software (like AutoCAD), managing construction, and overseeing site operations

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate a 10-man team that specializes in construction and finishing.
• Maintenance of high-rise buildings.
• Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards
• Knowledgeable and experienced in various fields including aluco board, and façade.
• Installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.
• Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
• Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.

Relevant work experience/Qualification

• Candidates should possess HND/B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineer with 5 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
• A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage
• License as a Professional Engineer (PE) is often required.
• Must have hands on experience in finishing buildings and construction
• Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software.
• Strong skills in math, science, and engineering principles.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills are essential for effectively managing diverse teams and working with clients and other professionals.

Salary & Benefit

• Salary: N270,000 - N300,000 / Month
