Job Position: Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Staff management: Supervising bartenders, security, DJs, and other staff.
• Customer service: Ensuring patrons have a positive experience.
• Event planning: Coordinating theme nights, live performances, and special events.
• Marketing and promotion: Promoting the club through social media, advertising, and events.
• Financial management: Managing budgets, inventory, and revenue.
• Safety and security: Ensuring a safe environment for patrons and staff.
• Compliance: Adhering to laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Inventory management: Managing liquor, supplies, and equipment.
• Conflict resolution: Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Leadership: Motivating and managing staff.
• Communication: Effective communication with staff, patrons, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Handling unexpected issues and finding solutions.
• Time management: Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / Master's Degree with 5 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
