Role Overview

• We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and elevate our multimedia projects across film, branding, music, and talent.
• This role is central to shaping our creative vision and ensuring consistent, high-impact storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for all visual and content projects.
• Oversee the development and execution of campaigns across film, music, and branding.
• Collaborate with production, editing, and talent teams to deliver cohesive results.
• Guide and inspire a team of designers, videographers, and content creators.
• Maintain and evolve the Spark Motion brand identity across all platforms.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in multimedia or entertainment.
• Proven track record in directing campaigns, video production, and brand storytelling.
• Strong visual sense with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of current trends in media, design, and digital storytelling.
