Job Description

• Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from consumers to respond to questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best assist patrons.

Responsibilities

• The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
