Job Summary

• We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the company’s professional image.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Process customer requests, orders, and returns efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
• Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Prepare and share regular reports on customer service activities.
• Contribute to improving customer experience and service procedures.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A customer-oriented attitude with professionalism and patience.

Salary
N100,000 Net / month.
