Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving queries, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
• GCS Education collaborates with a diverse range of institutions, guiding students through the process of securing international admissions, arranging accommodation, and offering free visa counselling.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
