Job Description

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers across all communication channels.
• Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
• Offer product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document and report customer feedback, issues, and trends to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen, cashier, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold company service standards and follow all operational policies.
• Handle customer escalations with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure excellent customer experience that promotes repeat business and positive reviews.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years of experience.
• Must be residing within the axis of Ajao Estate, Oshodi/Isolo Lagos State.
