We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.
• 2 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.

Salary
N90,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
