Job Position: Graduate Trainee

Job Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• A Graduate Trainee supports different departments in the organization to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and understand company operations.
• The role combines learning and working, preparing the trainee for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs and workshops
• Assist team members with daily tasks and projects
• Learn company processes, policies, and systems
• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations
• Support administrative and operational activities
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments
• Receive feedback and apply it for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or recently completed) in a relevant field
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email)
• Positive attitude and professionalism

Salary
N1,800,000 - N2,500,000 annually.
