We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Debt Recovery and Reconciliation Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• This position is fully responsible for managing and optimizing the recovery and reconciliation processes for the company.
• The Officer will work to resolve discrepancies in financial records, track and monitor recovery efforts, and implement strategies to minimize financial losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in recovery and reconciliation is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Working/Worked with a Microfinance bank will be an added advantage.
