Job Description


  • We need a young and agile Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in Sales and Marketing in Diagnostic Laboratory or Hospital setting that would support our sales and marketing team. 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. 
  • Ensure accurate documentation while maintaining privacy and confidentiality of client data and critical business data.
  • Supports office staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information.
  • Coordinate correspondence with government agencies/standards and other related regulatory bodies, ensuring strict compliance to obligations.
  • Research, formulate, develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies and effective plans for business development.
  • Relationship management with clients to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met for molecular tests such as Hepatitis, HPV, TB and HIV.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience of Sales & Marketing in a Diagnostic Laboratory or Hospital setting.
  • Experience working with HMOs.
  • Excellent computer skills and tech savvy. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Great fashion sense.
  • Solid business development straategies.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Great convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Owning a car and a valid driver's license (added advantage).
