We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant - Intern (1 Year)

Job Location: Jabi - Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• An Account Intern is a trainee who supports the accounting and audit team while learning practical financial operations.

Responsibilites
Basic Bookkeeping Support:

• Assisting with posting transactions
• Organizing invoices and receipts
• Updating accounting records under supervision

Audit Assistance:

• Arranging audit files and documents
• Assisting in preparing simple working papers
• Supporting stock counts or verification exercises

Data Entry & Documentation:

• Entering financial data into accounting software
• Scanning, filing, and organizing client documents
• Maintaining proper record systems

Reconciliation Support:

• Assisting with bank reconciliation
• Matching invoices with payments
• Identifying minor discrepancies for review

Administrative Support:

• Following up on documents from clients
• Supporting accountants with assigned tasks
• Preparing simple schedules in Excel

What the Role Focuses On:

• Learning accounting processes
• Gaining practical audit exposure
• Developing attention to detail
• Building professional workplace discipline.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
