Job Description

• Marketing of party rentals and other event rental equipment.

• Promote and market the firm’s rental services as unique and unbeatable to both existing and potential clients.

• Respond to rental inquiries in a timely, effective and proactive manner

• Administer venue visits with potential clients and proactively facilitate follow-up conversations

• Schedule all party / event rentals and document contracts and invoices.

• Work directly with clients and vendors to handle all logistics related to event rentals

• Create unique experiences for clients

• Resolve customer complaints

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have at least two (2) years work experience as a party / event rentals supervisor or similar role

• Minimum of OND in relevant field

• Ideal candidate will be responsible, detail?oriented, proactive and have the ability to represent the firm in a friendly and enthusiastic manner

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Customer service oriented

• Good knowledge of digital marketing/social media skills
