Job Summary


  • As an Executive Assistant at FHEMFEL Homes, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director (MD).
  • You will play a key role in managing the MD's calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas and reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Support executives in planning and executing projects, including coordinating teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Organize meetings and conferences, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized, including managing office supplies and liaising with service providers when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Skill:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
