We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Experienced Officer

Job Locations: Utako, Zuba, Kubwa, Madalla, Maraba - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Sell bus tickets at GIGM terminals to walk-in guest
• Make and/or change travel reservations for walk-in guests using the online booking system
• Create and maintain guest reservation records
• Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system
• Serve guests by providing service information related to traveling schedule, fare and payment
• Promote the online booking, app downloads and other products and services of the company to customers.
• Assist in guest luggage check-in
• Ensure customer complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate quarters
• Adhere to the company’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
• Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and fellow employees.
• Resolve service problems by clarifying guest complaints via phone, email and in-person
• Forward booking/traveling reschedule request to the concerned unit

Education and Work Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of two (2) years of cognate experience in Customer Service / Care.
