We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Female Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities for the Role

• Creating and processing invoices
• Detailed inventory reconciliation
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
  Monthly account reconciliation and stock-taking
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment

Requirements

• OND or NCE in Accounting.
• Must have experience in Inventory Reconciliation.
• Monthly Stocktaking exercise.
• Monthly Stock Counting/Reconciliation exercise.
• Preferably, a Female candidate, from any of the Igbo-speaking States, for Gender, Cultural & Tribalbalance.
