Job Position: Female Accountant (Oil & Gas)

Job Location: Lekki Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Ensure invoices are validated to avoid duplicated entry into the accounting system.
• Liaising with appropriate regulatory authorities or agencies
• Compute Taxes
• Prepares monthly cost report with variance analysis to help management and technical staff manage their budgets /costs
• Timely preparation of management accounts and other financial reports
• Maintenance of financial and accounting transactions/records
• Implementation of new financial systems or maintenance of current procedures.

Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas accounting function
• Professional Accounting certification (ICAN or ACCA) is required
