Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Runs weekends shift

Job Description

• A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services.
• Their duties include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Tthe support you offer your customers both before and after they buy and use your products or services that helps them have an easy, enjoyable experience.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience.  

Salary
N120,000 - N130,000 per month.
