Description


  • Ensure all costs relating to vehicle refurbishment are documented correctly to aid in repricing of vehicle
  • Document Assessment records for all churned vehicles Responsible for the management of all churned vehicles
  • Assess all vehicles and determine the refurbishment requirements
  • Analyse cost for refurbishment for action by the Vehicle Maintenance Manager
  • Ensure timely recertification of all churned vehicles to meet SOP requirements
  • Ensure Refurbishment Operations are focused and aligned with MAX’s business goals
  • Ensure timely recertification of all deactivated vehicles to meet the timelines specified in the SOP documents.
  • Supervise the check-out process of recertified vehicles
  • Ensure adherence to rules and regulations for the refurbishment teams
  • Create, fill, and manage job cards for churned vehicles marked for refurbishment
  • Document all refurbished vehicles on the appropriate Application and ensure that adequate data is provided for pricing and reactivation
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any Engineering discipline.
  • Mechanical Engineering is Preferred
  • 3 Years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in Fleet Maintenance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills
  • Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Good understanding of fleet management
  • Critical and Analytical thinking
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and Thoroughness.
