About the Role
- We are looking for a Flutter App Developer to join our passionate HelloMe team, where innovation and customer-driven results are at the forefront. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that enhance the digital banking experience.
- This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic fintech environment by leveraging payment infrastructure and creating user-friendly, scalable mobile solutions. You will work closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and engaging experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Huawei platforms using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Architect scalable and maintainable code with seamless integration of Flutter's payment APIs and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate on product features, user interfaces, and experiences based on feedback and analytics.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security through rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services to expand application functionality.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and the fintech industry.
- Contribute to the platform's overall architecture, roadmap, and innovation strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise in developing mobile applications using Flutter framework and Dart.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and backend system integration.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
