We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager (Hospitality)
Job Location: Ikate, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Must be a graduate and have at least 10 years in The Hospitality Industry, 5 years of this in a Senior Management role.
• Must be visionary, innovative and creative
• Must be Customer Service oriented
• Must be able to plan marketing campaigns
• Plan budgets, set sales targets and be able to manage effectively all the sub units under them. (He/she must be conversant with using Excel spreadsheet)
• Must be able to analyze sales figures and produce reports to the Managing Director & Board on a weekly basis.
• Must have effective communication skills
• Must have initiative and good problem-solving skills
• Must be a motivator and be decisive
• Must ensure consistent maintenance of entire facility
