We are recruiting to fill the position below: 

Job Position: Application Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We seek to recruit fresh graduates out of University or NYSC with a flair for the use of software - especially engineering software, to join our team.

You will be Responsible for

• Learn and understand the basic use of software assigned to you, and where there are any issues, escalate to the right authority.
• Assist the sales team in the demo and explanation of software to clients.
• Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
• Providing monthly help desk reports.

Ideal Candidate

• You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within a Technical Support role.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a flair or have any experience in the use of any engineering software.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to use AutoCAD or other basic engineering software will be a very good advantage.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
