Job Details

The Graduate Trainee Program is an opportunity for exceptional graduates to start off a successful career. The program is designed to prepare graduates to take up future leadership roles in the firm by equipping them with the necessary business and leadership fundamentals.

Job Purpose

• The Graduate Trainee Program is a unique and intensive program aimed at providing leverage for bright graduates intent on pursuing a career in the printing/publishing industry.
• The program seeks to equip young graduates with the basic competencies: technical and leadership, required for a successful career in the printing/publishing industry.
• The curriculum involves on-the-job experience in a challenging atmosphere to mold eligible graduates into the desired future leaders of the firm.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

• Graduate Trainees would be required to work in different positions, departments and locations which might differ in composition and demands.
• Candidates must be willing to work in any of the firm’s offices in various locations.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree or HND from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of 5 credits (Mathematics & English Language inclusive) in NECO, GCE or its equivalent.
• Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age as at 31st December, 2016.
• Candidates should have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

Knowledge/Skills/Proficiency:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
• Self-motivated
• Creative and innovative
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office suite, CorelDraw
• Passionate about printing/publishing services
