TeamAce Limited - Our client, a reputable company in the order fulfilment industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Finance 
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management to support the company’s growth and stability.
• You will lead the finance team in delivering efficient and accurate financial operations across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 years in leadership.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) required; MBA/Master’s an advantage

Salary
NGN 700,000 – 800,000 Gross Monthly plus (Transport allowance and other benefits plus All statutory entitlements (post-confirmation)
