So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Logistics to lead and manage all logistics activities within our organization. 
  • This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain and distribution strategies, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing logistics teams, optimizing processes, and delivering on key operational metrics. 

Prime Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the logistics team in the planning and execution of all warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. 
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory flow, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices in the logistics industry. 
  • Develop and manage the logistics budget, forecasting expenses, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. 
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, third-party vendors, and transportation partners to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, cost reduction, and inventory turnover to ensure logistics operations meet company goals. 
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Manufacturing, IT, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless communication and alignment on logistics operations. 
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to the logistics team. 
  • Monitor and manage logistics risks and address any operational challenges promptly. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. 
  • Strong understanding of logistics technologies, supply chain management, and warehousing. 
  • Proven experience in managing logistics operations, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and driving cost reduction strategies. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Experience with logistics software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems. 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of international shipping and import/export regulations (if applicable).
