Job Description

• As a Hospitality Marketer/Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and business development initiatives that increase our customer base and elevate our brand.
• You will work closely with our management team to identify growth opportunities, manage promotional campaigns, and build lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the restaurant's brand image across all channels.
• Sales Growth: Develop and execute business development plans to increase sales and profitability.
• Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and influencers.
• Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably 2 years of minimum in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
