Position: Executive Chef

Job Description

• Directly responsible for the kitchen and kitchen staffs.
• Exhibits good leadership skills
• Experience in continental and national dishes
• Ensures the kitchen is always clean
• Ensures HSE Policies and procedures are enforced.
• Training and development of all kitchen employees.
