Job Position: Architect Intern

Job Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: 3 months (full-time)

Job Description

• As we continue to expand our portfolio of projects, we are seeking a talented and motivated Architect Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to assist in developing architectural plans, elevations, and details.
• Contribute to the creation of 3D models and renderings.
• Assist in conducting site visits and surveys as needed.
• Work closely with senior architects to refine and develop design concepts.
• Participate in design meetings and provide input on project concepts.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited architecture program.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a passion for innovative design.
