Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Grant Research and Documentation: Conduct research to identify potential grant opportunities aligned with our mission. Assist in the documentation process for grant applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Support in tracking grant application progress, deadlines, and reporting requirements. Help in generating reports on program metrics, outcomes, and challenges.
  • Program Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of grant proposals, budgets, and impact measurement frameworks. Assist in program implementation activities as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders involved in grant-related projects. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and learning opportunities related to grants management and program development. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in grants management, documentation, and metrics tracking.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn grant management software.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
