Prefab World International Services Limited produces porta cabins, Caravan, prefab offices, containers, prefab homes, mobile homes, and steel buildings in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage employee welfare, and ensure they stay motivated in the delivery of the task.
• Manage the Mobilisation process of staff and other external artisans to site, and deal wih all issues relating to employee and contracted artisans to site, and site work.
• Manage an HR related activities on site and field work.
• support the overall finance management and sales effort of the organisation as appropriate.
• Process staff payroll and bonuses (where required) on a monthly basis, and forward same to the MD for approval and onward payment.
• Manage employee welfare, and ensure they stay motivated in the delivery of the task.
• Initiate conduct disciplinary procedures against employees that have run foul of the company policies.
• Updating internal databases with new hire information.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation
• Experience using MS office
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and handle multiple task
• Exceptional attention to details.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
