Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.
• The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and benefits fairs
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives
• Develop and implement employee training programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in human resources
• Normal HR work: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR manager
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
