  • Our company is seeking to employ a HR Manager for our client in Lagos. Our client a fast-growing startup, passionate about building innovative solutions and creating a workplace where people thrive in a productive culture.
  • Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager who can shape our HR function from the ground up, foster a strong company culture, and support our team’s growth journey.

What You will Do

  • Design and implement HR policies tailored to a startup environment
  • Build and upkeep all employees’ records
  • Provide support in recruitment efforts to attract top talent across diverse roles
  • Oversee onboarding and employee engagement programs
  • Partner with leadership to develop performance management and career growth frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with Nigeria labour laws and HR best-practices
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes
  • Manage Employee Relations including handling performance, grievance and conduct matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Institute and manage all employee welfare schemes such as pension, health insurance, etc
  • Any other duties as assigned

What We are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
