We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Professional
Job Location: Ibadan Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date.
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree / HND
• 5 - 10 years of work experience
