Job Brief

• Are you an OND Student and searching for a place to carry out yourone (1) year Industrial Training (IT)?
• We have a space for you in one of our reputable clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
• Maintain contact lists for the company
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs
• Cover the reception desk when required
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Academic Qualifications / Skills

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any field.
• Experience: 0 - 1 year
• Must be female
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Attention to details and problem solving skills.
