The Electoral Institute (EI) is an organ of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which is responsible for training for elections and electoral research. 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Director of Training

Location: Abuja

What we require from the candidate
Applicants for the post Director of Training shall have the following requirements:

• A Ph.D in the Social Sciences or Humanities with eight (8) years cognate experience.
• Demonstrable capacity and working knowledge of ICT
• Demonstrable capacity for planning and organizing training programmes on large scale.
• Demonstrable capacity to work in a group and as a team leader.

Conditions of Services
The remuneration shall be commensurate with that of a Director in the Commissions.
