We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: Intern (Editorial)

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Purpose

• To write daily articles and features and support the editorial team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Writing several articles and features on a daily basis.
• Contributing to the overall running of the site, including social media.

Person Specification

• Candidate should be bright, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to make Mamalette the best it can be.
• A strong knowledge of digital media is essential, including social media, SEO and the difference between writing for online as opposed to print.
• Candidate should have a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop as some image editing is required.
• Should also be confident enough to work on their own and be bursting with original content ideas.
• This is a full-time role and the candidate will be an essential member of the team and therefore need to be willing to hit the ground running from day 1.
• Ideal opportunity for an undergraduate, graduate or equivalent.
