Job Position: Internal Control Officer

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control Officer at DLM Capital Group.
• The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to internal controls, auditing, and finance.
• The candidate will also be involved in communication and utilizing analytical skills to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve the efficiency of operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in internal controls, auditing, and finance
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and best practices
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risk
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred
