It was registered in 2013 with the No. RC:1115629 under the Relevant statutory body governing the Commission. We were registered to undertake the Procurement of Medical Devices and General Hospital Consumables, satisfying these with competence has been our goal over these years. Prezgreel Investments Limited has a working relationship and contractual agreement with major Healthcare Institutions in all 36 states including FCT in Nigeria and has Territory Representatives in all states of Nigeria with over 20 sub-distributors that cover major regions in the country. Our vision is to provide excellent quality products, professionalism and services when needed.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Inspect the levels of products to identify shortages.
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
• Place orders to replenish stock, avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
• Use software to monitor demand and document the characteristics of inventory.
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Logistics or relevant field.
• Four years of experience as an inventory officer or similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software.
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
• An analytical mind with strong math skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
