We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki / Jakande, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receive, store & issue stocks
• Record and track stock levels.
• System/software purchase of products
• Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems.
• Daily report of inventories/stock levels to the Inventory Manager.
• Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders.
• Maintain good relations with the suppliers.
• Oversee the proper arrangement of inventory at different unit.
• Monitor distribution of inventories.
• Involve in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock on the system.
• Supervise the offloading process, and the subsequent arrangement of materials so that they can be easily accessed and identified.
• Ensure proper documentation of items received and issued out at intervals.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 1-4years of experience.
• proximity to Jakande is advised.
• Profiency in the use of Inventory Software.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
