We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Intern

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Job Description

• Monitor and update CRM content;
• Liaise with a range of staff and external stakeholders on assigned tasks;
• Call handling and appointment setting;
• Execute a series of online instructions and ensure compliance with the process in clients’ projects;
• Online research, content writing, and posting; and
• Ancillary tasks as may arise.

Person Specification
You must have:

• A minimum of OND in Computer Science, preferably a person seeking for internship position;
• A high command of the English Language and excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person;
• The ability to work in a team as well as unsupervised;
• The ability to work remotely if necessary;
• Excellent people skills both on the phone and face to face; and
• A strong desire for career progression.
