Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced IT leader to manage our technology teams and drive the delivery of organizational goals through innovative technology solutions.
• The successful candidate will define our technology vision, roadmap, and stack, while overseeing technological operations and optimizing team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead various tech teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Develop and deploy innovative technologies to meet short, medium, and long-term goals.
• Define and maintain the organizational Technology Stack.
• Oversee technological operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define the technology vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Engineering manager or Senior Developer with significant Fintech experience (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT teams.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize tech teams for effective delivery of organizational goals and objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
