Job Position: IT Officer
Job Location: Lagos Mainland

Role Description

• To ensure smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from their use; monitor and maintain the company’s computer systems; install and configure hardware and software and solve technical problems

Job Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with minimum of 2.1
• Relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
• Knowledge of computer software is an added advantage.

Job Attributes and Skills:

• Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to resolving technical problems and provide training to users to maximize the value of technology in the firm.
• Train users in new and existing IT systems.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Creative and ability to multi-task effectively.
