We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: IT Operations Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Support IT Servers and systems
• Work in the Data center
• Support end users and assist with IT department upgrades and installations
• Resolve help desk issues
• Comply with departmental policies
• Any other duties assigned.

Education/Experience

• B.Sc in Computer Science is preferred. Necessary certifications would be a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving?? skills.
