1.) Technical & Operations Support Engineer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- We want to strengthen our team with a young, energetic, and ambitious engineer to join us as a Technical & Operations Support Engineer
- The Technical & Operations Support Engineer - a key member of our Technical Support and Asset Integrity team
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to various Company departments in areas of competence and expertise.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs on assets & facilities under Company management.
- Prepare and coordinate planned maintenance programs, plant shutdowns, and repairs across assets under management.
- Undertake periodic visits to offshore assets and vessels under our management, and project sites to oversee, evaluate, appraise or participate in risk assessments, inspections and audits of ongoing activities.
- Visit workshops and fabrication yards for audits and inspection of repair and fabrication projects.
- Assist the contracts & procurement department in technical clarifications of RFQs/RFPs and ITTs, and vendor prequalification and bid evaluation.
- May be required to undertake site inspections when required during tendering and prepare site visit reports for clients or the bidding process.
- Support the tendering and project execution departments by participating in relevant tendering & project execution activities within areas of expertise, performing tasks assigned by engineering & project managers.
- Identify and maintain relationships with various technicians, workshops, and different service providers to support operations, procurement, and project execution activities.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or HND in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering, or any other engineering or technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of post NYSC work experience in a similar or related role within the offshore oil & gas, marine, energy, or construction industries.
- Additional industry certification and professional body members is an advantage.
Key Attributes & Skills:
- Prior experience as a field engineer, offshore production platform or shipboard experience is an advantage.
- Must have a good understanding of relevant oil & gas and offshore industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.
- Knowledge of asset preventive maintenance regime on rotating and static equipment and use of known industry CMMS tools to implement maintenance programs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare technical reports and proposals is important for this role.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and any other engineering program is an advantage.
- Result oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to read and understand different engineering drawings (P&IDs, PFDs, C&E diagrams, etc.) and equipment and product schematics and specifications.
- Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft office applications - such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2.) Drilling Supervisor (Onshore Land Rigs)
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Job Type: Engineering/Technical
Responsibilities
- Supervision of well operations including drilling, completions, cementing, workovers, logistics, etc. for rig programs.
- Ensuring that all drilling procedures are followed and all safety precautions are taken
- Ensuring that all drilling equipment is functioning properly before operations begin.
- Communicating with other team members about technical issues that arise during drilling operations.
- Capture drilling events and lessons learnt to improve well planning.
- Monitoring the amount of time required to drill each section of a well in order to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Manage HSE at the rig site by demonstrating visible HSE leadership and an unrelenting commitment to a safe working environment.
- Responsible for running multiple rig operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) qualification.
- Minimum 15+ years of drilling experience (including 5years at supervisor/ superintendent level).
- IWCF Level 4 (Drilling/Intervention Wellsite Supervisor) is mandatory.
- Adequate experience in field operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
- Adequate field operations experience.
- Age bracket: 40-58.
- Good oral and written communication skills.

3.) Night Drilling Supervisor (Onshore Land Rigs)
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Assist Drilling Supervisor in implementation of drilling, workover, completion and testing programs.
- Ensure that all required supplies are available, orders materials /equipment from stores as required.
- Supervise operations during the night.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out as per HSE requirements across all stake holder activities in the rigs
- Conducts detailed observation and inspection of activities on site and translates into operational activities on receiving detailed programs from Drilling Supervisor.
- Supervises and controls the activities of personnel involved in the provision of services/operation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) qualification.
- Minimum of 10+Years of Experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years as Night Drilling Supervisor with relevant experience.
- IWCF Level 4 (Drilling/Intervention Wellsite Supervisor) is mandatory.
- Adequate experience in field operations.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
