1.) Videographer and Video Editor

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Key Responsibilities


  • Shoot and capture video content for testimonials, commercials, events, and corporate projects, ensuring high-quality footage.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling and branding, utilizing After Effects, Maya, or similar software.
  • Manage audio editing and sound mixing to deliver clear and professional sound for all video projects.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute video concepts aligned with project goals.
  • Color correct footage and maintain visual consistency throughout all video outputs.
  • Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and tools to ensure innovative and cutting-edge content.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for video production and visual storytelling.
  • Proven shooting abilities with experience in various settings, such as events, weddings, and corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Skilled in motion graphics and animation using After Effects, Maya, or similar software.
  • Experience in audio editing and sound mixing.
  • Knowledge of color grading, basic lighting techniques, and video production equipment.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

2.) Senior Operations Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Senior Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of Cavista Technologies.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker who can streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve company objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Assist in budget planning and management, monitoring expenses and ensuring operations remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key operational metrics and achievements.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and managing onboarding kits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, HR, IT) to align operational processes with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and attendee management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing storage facilities.
  • Coordinate the procurement process for office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management best practices.
  • Experience in event planning and project management is a plus.
  • Certification in operations management or related field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.

3.) Software Delivery Manager

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As Delivery Manager you will deliver specific products or transformation through a multidisciplinary and highly skilled digital team.
  • You will be adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team, planning at a higher level and getting into details to make things happen when needed.
  • You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams and the continual incremental delivery of quality solutions 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology and learning. 
  •  Work with the Product Managers to define the roadmap for any given product and translate into user stories.
  • Lead the collaborative and dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality 
  • Actively participate in the delivery manager community, where you share and re-apply skills and knowledge bringing in best practice. 
  • Supporting and guiding the teams in continually improving their standards, while they deliver. 
  • Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations 
  • Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective. 
  • Become the single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the product and Engineering Department.

Qualifications

  •  Minimum of 7 years of experience and extensive background in development and delivering digital projects and products 
  • Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism. 
  • Proven experience in leadership and direction to the delivery teams. 
  • Ability in handling Operational issues related to the delivery centre. 
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies. 
  • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
